There are three easy ways to register for OSR's Public System Software Seminars:

Whichever way you choose, please be sure to include the following information in your correspondence:
Seminar Title, Date, and Location
Student Name(s)
Student Email Address(es)
Company
Complete Company Mailing Address
Company Telephone Number
Method of Payment: Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or
Discover), Bank Wire Transfer, Company Check, or Corporate Purchase Order
If paying via credit card, please ensure to provide OSR with the name as it appears on the card, billing address, card numbers, and expiration date.
If you plan to pay via a Corporate Purchase Order, please provide OSR with a copy of the Purchase Order.
OSR will email registration confirmation within 48 hours of receiving complete registration
information and payment verification. If paying via credit card, we will email you a copy of the paid
invoice as soon as payment is processed.

Basic Seminar Information
OSR works with hotels to get discounted rates for our students. After your
registration has been confirmed, we will email you the specifics on the
hotel and the student discount rate, as well as information on local airports and directions to the facility.
Dress for the seminar is casual; jeans and a t-shirt are perfectly appropriate. We always suggest that students bring
a sweater or sweatshirt in case they find the room too cold. Class begins at 9AM and ends at 5PM daily,
although we do ask that you check-in between 8:30AM and 8:45AM on the first day. No need to bring your laptop
for OSR lab seminars - OSR
provides all the equipment necessary for your seminar.
Continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day are included. The food is always great!
Please let us know if you require special accommodations for meals.
OSR does not recommend any participant make non-refundable airplane, hotel or car rental arrangements.
