The methods in this section are implemented by the FESFUtility DLL, which has been officially deprecated. Please DO NOT IMPLEMENT ANY NEW FUNCTIONALITY USING FESFUTILITY; Please port all existing functionality from FesfUtility to FesfUtil2 as soon as possible. OSR will be removing support (and the code) for FESFUTILITY in an upcoming release of FESF.
